Joyful Skunk Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Handmade By Carol

I printed this cute sheet out on to smooth card. The ribbon strip and second layer panel were added to the inside of the card as insert details, with the main topper being attached to a lilac base card.

The shaped decoupage was then added using pinflair glue.
