Polar Topper

I covered the front of the card in clear glitter swirly paperI opted for the pink one , cut out all pieces, mounted the topper using foam pads and decoupaged the bells.

I embossed a strip of pink card, die cut a mat for the sentiment and mounted both using foam pads.
