Babies Wrapped Up In Lights Toppers and TagsCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to an 8 inch White Card. I put some Crystal Glitter on the Pom Poms on the hats. I made two small cards with the two smaller elements. A very pretty design.
