I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a Tattered Lace embellishment to the top of the frame and then attached the frame to a white card, to give the impression the card is standing on its own.

This also provides a space for writing your messages. Beautiful card when finished.
