I printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out all the elements. I used green glitter glue to edge the centre medallion and also to trace some of the leaves and flourishes on the main image.
I cut out the bells from the centre of the top layer and edged the white rims with Stickles to add sparkle.
The main image was then mounted onto a white pearlescent card and the decoupage layers built up using Pinflair glue gel.
Finally a white peel off greeting was added. A very pretty card I think you'll agree!
