Santa Flies Over the CityCompleted by Marion Evans

This card is quite nice made up and doesn't take long at all. I backed the main image with a strip of yellow and used blue for my base CS. I cut out the decoupage and raised it with dbl. sided foam tape.

For a bit of sparkle, I added clear gems in some of the stars - makes them look like they are twinkling (in the real).
