I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a silver mirri board then to a white card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added small pearls to the tassel and around the bells, I also used some crystal glitter. (This design looks lovely on a blue card as well but the white card photographed better) This is an absolutely beautiful design.
