I printed the Winter Lady in Blue sheet and cut the topper out. I attached it on a blue, glittering piece of cardstock, leaving some extra border. Then I attached it on a white card base leaving a 1 mm white border.
Then I cut the decoupage lady out and attached it on the card, as well as the ribbon bows, of which I made 2 layers.
I decorated the card with the brad decorations and glossy accent.
