Christmas Bells Topper

Printed onto gloss Photo Paper. Cut out the elements and used DST to attach the Topper to a Blue scalloped edge card. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage.

I put red glitter on the Bow, crystal glitter on the snow flakes, and a silver stick on edging around the Topper.

I used DST to attach the gift card element to a blue card. I decorated it the same as the card. A great design.
