I printed the image onto good quality matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the main image onto gold mirri-card and mounted onto a scalloped edge card.I added the decoupage using foam pads and to finish the card I tied gold tinsel twine down the spine...such a gorgeous design.
