Blue XmasCompleted by Cheryl French

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to blue card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added crystal ice glitter glue to trees and gems to hat and collar.

Platted 3 stramds of pale blue ribbon string and placed at the bottom of the card under text plate.
