Created some additional decoupage layers then printed onto good quality card. Covered my card blank with Kate Kinsey's soft blue stars backing paper (cup336333_572) then matted the main image onto it using DST.

Added the layers with 1mm foam pads.

Finished with blue crystals on the points of the central image and on the greeting.
