Print image twice using one as base layer, cut out lady from second and add glitter to panel on dress, decoupage onto base layer.

Add glitter to ice areas on image. Cut navy glitter card diagonally in half attach to top and bottom corners of image. Matt onto beige card.

Add chiffon bow in white to top left corner twisting tails onto card. Add sentiment ot topof card, and add peel offs and corners to beige areas.
