Vintage Santa Clause and Kids Card Topper

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto spotted green paper and then onto a cream square card.

I added gold peel-offs for a border and corners on the green paper, then tied some red ribbon and a bow around the card.

To finish I added a red gem over the printed bow. This is a great vintage design for a lovely traditional Christmas card.

I printed the image on to 160gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered an 8x8 inch card with backing paper from kit571413_38 then mounted the topper to one side using DST.

I edged the topper with thin gold strip, then added the decoupage with foam pads.

I finished with a gold bow.
