Blue Winter with Pearls Card TopperCompleted by Margaret Swaby

I printed the topper onto 170gsm photo paper in A5 size. I took some grey and white speckled handmade paper and using double sided tape, I stuck the design onto it. I dampened around the edges of the handmade paper to make it easier to tear. As the DS tape doesnt adhere too well to the handmade paper, I also used 4 brads, one in each corner, to make sure that it didnt come adrift. The top 2 brads are reindeers and the 2 bottom ones are snow covered trees. I went over the pearls and also the trees with white glitter glue to add a bit of sparkle. I used a small die cut sentiment to finish.

A simple, easy to make card which has been given some Christmas sparkle.
