I mounted onto an 8 x 8 pale blue spotty foiled card and added the layers and decoupage using sticky pads.
I added my chosen sentiment to the top and tied some pale blue ruffle ribbon round the spine to finish off

I printed off onto 200 gram smooth card and after cutting out i mounted main picture onto a 7 by 7 punched edged card .I attached all decoupage using sticky pads and finished off by adding a silver elasticated bow to spine.
