I reduced the size a little and printed sheet twice on 190 gsm matt photo paper. I cut out the first picture and attached it to silver mirror card with dst. I cut out the picture between the window frames, glittered the frames and attached to acetate with dst.

I then used foam pads to fix it to the main picture. I cut out the other elements and used foam pads to attach to picture. I made an easel card from a 6" square card blank. Used self adhesive glitter fabric on the base and silver peel offs down the side.

To finish off the card i used extra strong dst to attach the finished topper and used one of the sentiments as a stopper.

This is a really charming design with a real feel of Christmas.
