I printed out the design onto some good quality smooth paper then cut out all of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some white then added a scalloped die,which I had cut up, behind it.

I then attached it to the front of a square blue card blank. I decopauged the smaller elements using silicone glue. Some glitter was added for decoration.
