Posting a Letter Scalloped Edge Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to lightweight card at half size. Mounted the topper on to a white snowflake embossed card. Layered all elements, adding a bell to the bow. Added pearls, beads and glitter to embellish. A gorgeous design.
