Print and decoupage topper onto good quality glossy photo paper. Trim and fit frosty background to card stock, add glitter to fronds if desired. Wrap turquoise organza ribbon around background paper keeping to the outer edges more than the centre so the topper can sit in the middle of the ribbons but not of the card edges.

Add greeting in silver to the sentiment ovals and attach to bottom corner of card.
