I printed off the design onto some good quality smooth paper then cut out all of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some gold mirri card then attached it to a square white scalloped card blank that had been embossed.

I decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue I added glitter and a couple of snowflakes for decoration.
