Lilac Snowman Let It Snow! Decoupage 3D Ring SheetCompleted by Helen Jennings

I printed onto super smooth paper and cut out the elements. I built up the decoupage with foam pads. I added some white soft magic to the word snow to give dimension. I matted the topper onto gold glitter card and then onto a 6" square lilac card blank.

These are simple but effective cards.
