I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I scored a piece of grey card in half to make the card blank. Onto this I matte and layered some striped paper and some white card.

The main bit of the design I matte and layered onto white card and attached to the front using raised sticky foam pads.

The smaller bits were decoupaged using silicone glue.
