Santa Bear and Presents by the Tree Decoupage TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the fire, the candles, the baubles on the tree and the garland on the mantelpiece and to the fur on teddys hat.
