Print out the design twice. I used photo Gloss card. Using a piece of A4 Green card place the large design into the centre measuring each side of design. Remove and score down each side to fit the design into the centre. fold the card each side of this, fold in the sides of the card towards the centre and fold this section back again. Stick one large design onto main card centre.

3D foam the second large design to this. Cut around the green card around the top of the large design.Leaving the two side longer. fold side sections in and shape the tops.

Open these out each side. Stick the smaller designs onto the bottom of each side. trim with peel-off stickers.
