Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out the elements. I used DST to attach the Topper to a gold scalloped edge card. Used foam pads on the Decoupage. I used gold glitter on Buttons and in middle of the Bow. A great design and easy to make up.

I printed on to matte photo paper, slightly reduced to fit a 7x7 card. Mounted the topper on to a Kraft card and layered. Added a raffia bow and a "Dad" tag from cup199346_966. A gorgeous design, love the vintage feel.
