Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with a snowflake border. Attached 3d pieces using foam pads. Lovely design, easy card to make.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
