I printed this sheet onto a good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the topper onto red then black card. Then I mounted the topper onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.
To decorate the card I used glitter and gems. This was a very quick and easy card to make.
