I attached a piece of blue glitter paper to an A5 card. I printed the sheet onto good quality photo paper and then attached the main picture to my backing paper with double sided tape.
I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.
I added flowersoft to the snowman's scarf and also added snowflake corners and snowflakes.
