Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base picture onto the main card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I punched out a scalloped oval tag from matching card and placed a Christmas gold peeloff sentiment onto it and added it to the card using foam pads.
