I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a red mat and than onto a white card, I assembled the elements with foam pads.
I added the sentiment to the inside of the card. Beautiful design.

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper. I attached to a white card blank with dst and added the decoupage with foam pads. I outlined the topper and greeting with black scalloped peel offs and added some black centres to the flowers.
