I stuck an appropriate piece of paper onto card stock. I printed two copies of the decoupage and cut out layers 1 and 2 from both sheets, cutting the second lot to co-ordinate with the layers 3 and 4 on the sheet.

I then assembled them.

I did this because I prefer the look for this card to be all the same size.
