I PRINTED THIS EASTER TOPPER ON TO BLANK WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I USED A BLANK CARD THAT WOULD FIT THIS DESIGN. I GLUED A BACKGROUND TO THE CARD AND THEN GLUED THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT.
I USED A LOT OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
