Delphinium Fairy Fae - 7" x 7" Card Topper with DecoupageCompleted by JAYES CRAFTED CARDS by Jennifer

I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I used 2 mats behind the main image and mounted onto a 7"x7" scalloped edged card blank. I matted the second layer onto white card then onto the card base using a double layer of sticky pads.

To finish I added lots of gems and glitter touches to this gorgeous image.
