Fairy & Butterflies TopperCompleted by Tracy OConnell

After printing off this beautiful picture I added it to good quality card with double sided tape, I then cut out the winds and butterflies and used decoupage pads to give it a 3D effect.

I added embellishments, silver fairy charm, glitter and a bottle of fairy dust to finish it off.
