I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white shaped card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone gel, added one of the sentiments and a blue bow to the corner.
I used crystal glitter to the wings and part of the dress, I used some small blue gems down the shape of the card..
Beautiful design.
