I printed out the sheet onto 22ogsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold stardream card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Diamond Stickles to add lot's of shimmer.
