Winter Fairy Queen + DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Tully

I printed design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I mounted the main image onto a blank deckled edge card and added the decoupage using foam pads.To finish the card I added a ribbon to the side off the card,border peel-offs some gems and glitter...a stunning design.
