Burnt Orange Rose Swirl Fan Decoupage Topper Sheet

I have designed this fan for you to layer up into a 3D fan topper and add your own messages or embellishments and ribbons.

Simply cut out and using 3D foam or silicone glue just build the layers up, add pearls and butterflies, go to town with them, but a classic staple for any craft stash, quick and easy to turn into something unsusual.
