The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a pale blue card as my base. I used a piece of co ordinating backing paper which I punched down one edge.

I mounted the base image onto a piece of turquoise mirri card and tied a piece of white and silver ribbon to it.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I punched 3 butterflies, used gems and peeloffs from my stash to finish.
