I used a cream A5 card, matted the topper onto gold mirror card and glued it to the front of the card.

I cut out the extra images, added the 2 gold bow images to the top corners and then i decoupaged the rose and fairy onto the front of the card. i finished the card off by adding crystal glitter glue to the fairies wings.
