I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage and added using foam pads. I cut off the a small section to the side of a scalloped card and added the the topper to the front section. I added some negative peel offs to the corners. I added a die cut wrap and border down the inside of the back of the card and then finished with a greeting and some card candi. A beautiful design for any occasion.
