Artistic Topper With Flower 2Completed by Elena Pavlova

I printed the sheet onto high quality card paper. I cut out all elements. Using double side adhesive tape and thick card stock I attached the decoupage to the plain cards. I used some embellishments for additional decor and adhesive letters for the greetings.
