After experimenting with this, I ended up printing it onto vellum and got a finish that looked just like velvet. I printed it out at A5 size , then used backing sheet CUP140285_422 and some gold embossed vellum. After attaching these, I stuck some narrow pink ribbon along the join.

I attached the design using foam pads and added some tiny gold , self adhesive beads to the design to enhance it. A small sentiment as attached using foam pads. This stunning design needs no further embellishment.
