I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then made another copy of the flowers and petal on decoupage paper, cut these out and stuck them on the card with sticky tabs.
I added gems to the centre of the flowers and put a glittery "Happy Birthday" message on the left side.
