Rose Polka Dot Card TopperCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Printed on matte photo paper after adding a sentiment with my photo program. I mounted some stash paper with DST onto a cream card, sort of wacky :-). Then cut out the base image and attached it as well.

I cut out the decoupage pieces (though I didn't use all of the flowers) and layered with silicone gel. I glued a strip of dusty pink vellum across the bottom of the card, then a couple of the flowers.

Embellished the flower centers with dew drops and glitter. So cute!
