With this design i first placed the main design of the rose at the top of a white card, adding a gold border all round the outside edges of the design, i then added the blue border this i cut down and placed under the design adding the happy birthday to my friend sentiment in the centre, once again adding a gold border along the border and around the sentiment,to finish i placed a gold border all round the outside edges of the main card, this is a terrific design, when made up was very easy to do and effective when completed, could be used for most ocasssions.
