Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the topper to a Pink card. Used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used Gold stick on edging around the Topper and also the Inner Square of design.
Used Grey glitter on top of dress and the flowers. A very Pretty Design
