Elegant Ball Gown with DecoupageCompleted by Lynda Tully

I printed the design onto Crafty bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements I matted the main image onto pink card then mounted it onto white stock card and added the decoupage using foam strips and to finish the card I added a twisted ribbon,glitter and some little gems...I didn't add a sentiment as I will do this when I decide who will receive this gorgeous design.
