I downloaded the design onto good quality matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the backing paper and main topper with black card.I attached the topper using foam pads to give a liitle depth to the card.To finish I added the ribbon and bow and used one of the little toppers on the insert...such a lovely design could be used for most ocassions.
